Discounted parking after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays is available at the 900 North Michigan garage.

Please note that this address should not be used to communicate urgent matters, emergencies, or to schedule/cancel appointments. Email is also not confidential and should not be used to communicate sensitive or private matters.

Scheduling and Cancellations

If you are a client of the Center and have a therapist assigned to you, please leave scheduling or cancellation information directly on your therapist’s voicemail (312.787.2729, and then enter your therapist’s extension number).

Emergencies

If you are experiencing an emergency that cannot wait: Please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. If you need to talk to someone immediately please call the Northwestern Hospital emergency hotline at 312.926.8100.
