At Replogle, we offer a variety of workshops, seminars, and groups geared towards well-being. Our regular meditation groups are open to all levels and can help you nurture a greater sense of balance and groundedness in your life. Newly engaged couples can learn skills to improve their relationships in our quarterly premarital workshops, and for those who have recently faced a significant loss, we offer regular grief groups throughout the year.

Meditation Offerings
Meditation opportunities are a central part of our well-being offerings. Research continues to affirm the healthy effects of practicing meditation and we have several opportunities to help you learn and practice this important self-care resource. If you would rather have individual training to learn to meditate and set up a practice routine, we can help.
Sacred Pause (On Facebook)
Each Tuesday and Saturday morning, Tom Schemper, Director of the Replogle Center for Counseling and Well-Being, guides the meditation. It begins with a short instruction and reflection, followed by time for silent meditation and a closing blessing.
Whether you have a meditation practice or not, experience the power of meditation by participating in a virtual Sacred Pause.
Thursday Evening Meditation and Sangha
Each week at our Thursday evening meditation we present a variety of topics, options, and coping skills to enhance the quality of our life. Led by Lisa Kawalec.
Stay for the entire hour, or choose the sections that work for you. No meditation experience is necessary, and all faiths and traditions are welcome.
Premarital Saturday Seminars
Premarital Saturday Seminars are presented four times a year by the Replogle Center for Counseling and Well-Being at Fourth Presbyterian Church. Couples will learn and practice important skills necessary to build a healthy marital relationship that will endure and grow. Couples are encouraged to sign up for a seminar at least two months before their wedding.
Grief Group
We have been offering grief groups for over 40 years. Grieving is a normal and important part of the human experience which inevitably includes loss and suffering. Knowing we cannot escape loss, we endeavor to help you grieve in a healthy manner so you can move through the experience with support and continue a rich and meaningful life.
Throughout the year a variety of well-being experience and seminars are offered. See events page for details.
