Thank you for your interest in the internship program at the Replogle Center for Counseling and Well-Being, a ministry of Fourth Presbyterian Church.

We are looking for students who:

• Have taken appropriate classes to prepare for a counseling/practicum/internship

• Have an interest in both the psychological and the spiritual aspects of counseling

• Value a collegial environment and are self-motivated

• Are available on Mondays for a required staff meeting between 12 noon and 3 pm

• Are available to start in mid-July and work until May or June of the following year

• Are open to participating in one or some of the evening classes or groups offered at RCCW

• Are available to work 5-8 pm at least one evening a week; Saturday hours are optional

Application Materials

In your cover letter please address the following:

• How you heard about the Replogle Center

• What you need from your internship year, including number of hours required

• What you hope to learn during your internship

• Particular therapeutic approaches or treatment modalities that especially interest you

• Your interest in developing and/or participating in Replogle’s Well-Being programs, e.g. support group, psychosocial education groups, grief group, premarital seminars

• Your long-term goals

• Your resume

• Three letters of reference
