Spiritual Life Coaching
Spiritual Life Coaching, also referred to as spiritual direction, seeks to awaken us to the presence of the divine or sacred in our lives. A spiritual life coach/director is a companion on the journey of discovering how God or the transcendent is present in our day-to-day lives as well as in moments of prayer and meditation. Spiritual Life Coaching is open to persons of all faith traditions who seek to deepen their relationship with the divine, to know their true self, and to be in right relationship with others.

Offered on several Saturday mornings throughout the year, our premarital seminars provide engaged couples with time to reflect and engage with each other on critical interpersonal skills. These include communication, values, finances, sexuality, and intimacy. Based on the Prepare and Enrich model of premarital preparation, these seminars provide a foundation for a shared future and a healthy, enduring marriage.
